It was newly remodelled and spotlessly clean hotel with well-trained staff and conveniently located ready to assist in everything. The location was central, really close to other Hyatt Regency's and many attraction in Mumbai.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, totally recommend it. The breakfast was awesome, the check in was efficient. Besides, we have parked on-site.

The hotel was clean and had very polite and welcoming stuff who put in a lot of efforts in delivering this service. Location: the venue was just off the airport which is 5 minutes car away as well as mumbai on layover by operating flight. Furthermore, to main malls.

The hotel was well-maintained, we recommend. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The location was absolutely perfect and the free parking was on site. Also, it was 5 km from Holy Cross Church.

Spacious room, spacious bed and luxury bathroom. The views over the poolside, extremely helpful and patient staff from the entry at the gate till the management. Central location and well-maintained and top-class hotel itself.

Perfect views from our reasonably large room. All in all perfect setting next to the international terminal which made easy for transportation, the Hyatt Regency in Mumbai airport and airport and quality of service.

Everything was very good, met the criteria, and the staff were very supportive and responsive people from the check-in at reception to check-out. The breakfast was complimentary, the check in was flexible. The spa was there to chill out. The hotel was in a comfortable and top location, minutes drive from a market and a bakery. Had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

The location was magnificent and perfect in a beautiful area, near International and domestic airport, airport shuttle service, and California. I stayed in the room that was been very well maintained by the housekeeping and available with modern amenities. Overall the service was amazing!

The staff here provided excellent service and were very friendly, and I really appreciated having a bathtub in the room, as well as enjoying the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, Glasshouse.
